Marc
Marc is a trained aerospace engineer who later moved into freelance digital marketing, helping businesses grow through better funnels, websites, email, and SEO. He has also spent more than 8 years running GCodeTutor, where he teaches CNC machining in a way that makes complex things usable in the real world. He's been using AI practically for years, not as a trend to chase, but as a tool to build systems that save time and do useful work. Outside of work, he's built his own home automation setup around an AI agent, giving him a real Jarvis-style assistant he can talk to by voice at home, in the car, and on his phone. Now, through Insight Division Labs, he's focused on helping people set up practical AI agents and automations that produce outcomes, not more noise.
Emma
Emma is a co-founder of Insight Division Labs, bringing a background as a senior developer and auditor to the team. She has been working with agentic workflows since the beginning, giving her a deep, hands-on understanding of how these systems are built, tested, and refined. On the course content side, she makes sure the technical accuracy holds up while keeping the teaching clear enough for people who are not engineers. She also handles much of the customer-facing side of the business, because she believes that how you explain something matters as much as what you build. Outside of IDL, she tests every system Marc builds by trying to break it in normal use. She says that is how most of the important refinements happen.
